Manage Your Organizations

The core of the lulafit APP is your affiliation to companies and buildings (Organizations). All of the services, credit plans, classes & events, and memberships that you see in the app will adjust based on the organizations you are tied to.

You can add and delete organizations from your account through your profile.

Add an Organization

  1. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner, then click Profile
  2. On the Profile screen, find the Organizations section, and click Manage Organizations
  3. Click Add Organization
  4. In the pop up box that will appear - enter the name of the building or company you wish to add, and below that enter the activation code for that building or company. If you don't remember the activation code for your organization, please reach out to us and we will provide it to you.
  5. Hit verify, and then save

Delete an Organization

  1. To delete an organization, you'll first need to make sure that you have another organization tied to your account and set as your primary
  2. Follow the steps above if you need to add a new organization to your account
  3. Once the new organization is added, click the 3 dots next to it, and Set as Primary
  4. Click the 3 dots next to the organization you wish to remove, then hit remove
