Credit Plans
Lulafit credit plans allow you to purchase credits in bulk at a discounted rate. All of our credit plans are monthly plans that renew each month. If you need help selecting the credit plan that will be best for you, you can always reach out to your service provider or our support team to point you in the right direction.
Credit Plan Options
1. 24 Credit Plan ($340 / month)
Each month, you will receive 24 credits on your account. This plan is typically best for clients doing ~1 session per week, as it will cover 4 50 minute personal training sessions in a month. This plan will give you approximately a 5% discount on lulafit standard pricing.
2. 48 Credit Plan ($650 / month)
Each month, you will receive 48 credits on your account. This plan is typically best for clients doing ~2 sessions per week, as it will cover 8 50 minute personal training sessions in a month. This plan will give you approximately a 10% discount on lulafit standard pricing.
3. 96 Credit Plan ($1,220 / month)
Each month, you will receive 96 credits on your account. This plan is typically best for clients doing ~4 sessions per week, as it will cover 16 50 minute personal training sessions in a month. This plan will give you approximately a 15% discount on lulafit standard pricing.
Credit Plan Start Dates and Proration
Once purchased, your credit plan will not begin until the 1st day of the following month. However, you can still purchase single sessions at your credit plans discounted rate for the remainder of the current month. For example, if you purchase the 96 credit plan on July 7th, your credit plan will officially activate on August 1st, and you will not be charged until August 1st. In the meantime, until your plan activates, you will be able to book any of our services at a 15% discount a la carte. To purchase the single sessions after you have added credits to your account, simply go to book a session with your service provider and proceed with checking out at the discounted rate.
Credit Rollovers
All of our credit plans allow for a credit rollover of 100 credits. At the end of each month, up to 100 credits will be rolled over to the following month, while the remaining credits will expire. For example, if you are on the 48 credit plan, and you have 80 credits on your account at the end of the month - all 80 of your credits will rollover, and you will start the following month with 128 credits on your account. If you were to use no credits in that following month, 28 of your 128 credits would expire at the end of the month, and the other 100 will rollover to the following month.
Credit Plan Cancellation
You can cancel your credit plan at any time. When you cancel your credit plan, we will no longer bill you monthly and add credits to your account. The credits in your account upon cancellation will remain active until the end of the following month after you cancel. For example, if you cancel your plan any time in January, your credit balance will expire at the end of February. When you go to cancel your credit plan, a confirmation box will appear that will list the date your credits will expire if you proceed with the cancellation.
