Manage Your Membership

If your building or company offers a membership to an on-site facility, you can manage your membership directly through the lulafit platform.

Navigate to your profile section of the app by clicking your name, then Profile.

From there, under the Membership section, click Manage Membership.

Any Memberships you currently have will be detailed out here, and you can click on Manage to manage those memberships.

To add a new Membership, click on Add Membership at the top of the page. Any Memberships available to you will be listed here, and you can proceed with purchasing them. If you do not see the Membership you are looking for, make sure you have the correct organizations added to your account by managing your organizations.

Membership Add-Ons

If your Membership has available add-ons (i.e., Locker Rental, Laundry Service, Unlimited Group Classes, etc.) - you can manage your add-ons through the Membership Management page. Navigate to your profile section of the app. From there, under the Membership section, click Manage Membership. Next to the Membership you want to adjust your add-ons for, click Manage. All of the add-ons available with that Membership will display, and there will be a check mark next to any add-ons you currently have. You can adjust your add-ons and check
