Request Account or Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your account or request that your activity data be deleted, you can do so either within the app of by sending us an email at support@lulafit.com.

To request account deletion in the app, press the Profile icon in the top right of the home screen. Click on your name to go to the account settings page. Click the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the screen. This will set up your account for deletion.

Alternatively, simply send us an email at support@lulafit.com and we will respond to your request ASAP.
