Booking a Private Service
To book a private service, navigate to the Services tab of the lulafit platform.
From there, you can select the private service you wish to book. Only services that are available to you based on your building or company will show up here. If you believe there are services that should be there that are not showing, make sure your organizations are correct.
Once you select the private service you wish to book, you can choose the instructor to book with, select a date you want to book on, and choose your desired time.
After choosing your desired time, a confirmation modal will appear with the details of the session. At the top right of the modal, you will see the amount of credits you have remaining on your account, and the amount of credits that this service will cost. When you request a booking, the credits will immediately be deducted from your account. If your session is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, or is rescheduled by your service provider, credits will be added back to your account.
If you do not have enough credits remaining on your account, you can proceed with booking the session, and purchase credits a la carte. When you go to book, it will prompt you to buy the exact number of credits needed to complete the booking. For example, if you are booking a private service for 6 credits, and you have 2 credits remaining, it will prompt you to purchase 4 credits in order to process the booking request.
